If you choose to give personal information directly to K S Tennis (not through third parties, e.g. the website) then this will be held and processed by K S Tennis, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). K S Tennis may also need to transfer your personal data to agents or sub-contractors – who will strictly use the information for coaching purposes (for example; to a coach leading a session on K S Tennis' behalf). They will also adhere to The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

K S Tennis may use your personal information for the following purposes:

• To perform the services, you have requested such as providing you with information you have asked for, which may involve contacting you by phone or e-mail.

• The reasonable purposes of K S Tennis, acting always within the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

• If you have opted in for receiving newsletters: your name, email, contact number and date of birth will be stored by our mail provider Mail Chimp, where you can unsubscribe from by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.

• If a player is having coaching in a tennis venue, K S Tennis will check with the club as to whether they are a member or not (due to non-member fees). K S tennis will only use your name and no other details will be given to the club.
