How to book your child's place

 

Please fill in the booking form with the course you would like your child to attend. You will then receive an email to confirm your child's place.

There are limited places available, which will be given on a first come first served basis.

Please note to qualify for this offer, your child must not have had prior tennis coaching at Middleton Sports Club, in the last year,
